Note:
The Yoga Classes are suitable for beginners as well as for people who have already practiced some form of Yoga. It is not necessary to have any prior experience or to sign-up in advance.
A yoga mat and comfortable clothes is the only equipment needed.
All classes are held in the GYM of the above mentioned schools!
